Code of ethical conduct and statement of commitment

I-2.2.To develop relationships of mutual trust and create partnerships with the families we serve.
This is meaningful to me because I know the importance of healthy relationship between families and providers. I am always trying to bridge the gap and to create balanced between working relationships with all my families.

I-2.3. To receive all family members and encourages them to participate in the program.

These two go hand and hand with each other, I am starting to incorporate new events that will bring the family member into our center. I believe with family’s involvement we can have a wonderful successful program.

I-1.3. To recognize and respect the unique qualities, abilities, and potential of each child.
I base my program on this ideal, I want every child to have the ability to learn in an open environment that will nurture there individual ways of learning.
